We have not received an apology from the IMQ Group, nor from its legal director who did not stop ignoring us throughout the case saying that my mother, who died 4 days later, did not go to the hospital due to an emergency. vital. However, we are happy that justice has been done and that we can finally rest in peace with this issue that has generated so much helplessness and frustration in us. You cannot have employees with such little problem-solving capacity and education. We repeatedly explained what happened without receiving any interest from them in wanting to understand the problem. After 40 years with IMQ insurance in the family, we have retired. Gentlemen, a little seriousness and professionalism, we are talking about health insurance, and the health of your clients, is a primary value in which you should place higher standards of respect, good sense and formality. Here, a family that has given up after so many decades trusting in you, since we have felt abandoned when we have needed you most. Bad phone service. The very nice doctor sent me to prepare the insurance papers and make an appointment at the clinic counter. The girl told me that she called me the next day, after weeks I called and she told me that she was busy that she would call me the next day and it's been like that for two and a half months and I haven't received a call yet. If you tell someone that you're calling them, don't call them, even if it's to tell them that you're up to the task and that you don't have dates so as not to waste my time, even though the way they speak it seems like they've forgotten about me and aren't looking for a date. Now I have pain that I did not have two months ago and when I finish this process in another clinic I will present myself to file a claim for wasting my time like this. What a pity the treatment they give you over the phone because the doctor seemed very good and friendly.
